Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Our apartment is on the first floor of the owner-occupied building. The bright and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A separate bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a single bed and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Here, up to 6 people have space to linger. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, shower and washing machine.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

Ihr übernachtet direkt zentral gelegen im Herzen von Mittelsachsen, zwischen Dresden, Chemnitz und Leipzig. Das Apartment ist mit einem Hochbett (1,40×2,00), einer Miniküche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche (und WC) ausgestattet. ℹ️ Mit einer extra Matratze besteht die Möglichkeit, zu viert in der Wohnung zu übernachten.
