Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Clean and comfortable house. Much larger than a hotel room. Stunning views of the lake.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

The location, views and town of Norma is beautiful. The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a warm welcome. It’s a shame there are some works on the road out front and no views from The apartment it’s self, but in time they will be gone, the new laid road will be beautiful and views aren’t too far of a walk away. Staff at the bar below were lovely and friendly. They recommended a lovely restaurant round the corner.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic—very convenient for getting around. The Spanish Steps, along with several great shops and restaurants, are just around the corner. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The pullout couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Just a heads-up: there’s only one bathroom, which can be a bit challenging with five people, but we managed. The host was excellent—very friendly and super responsive. Would recommend!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Perfect location in Rome in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. The views of the Pantheon from the living room was breathtaking and we loved ending each day in the Piazza next to the Pantheon. Communication was great.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of 5, and we used the two bedrooms plus the pull out sofa bed in the living room. Being on two levels was nice and allowed us each our own spaces to enjoy. A/C worked well. Roberto and his wife were so nice and prepared us well with recommendations of the area. They were also very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Thank you, Roberto, for a wonderful stay in Rome!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location walkable to major Rome sites including the Vatican. The host was very kind and responsive. Looking forward to staying here when we visit Rome again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautiful apartment. You cannot beat the location for easy walks or public transport to all of the sites in Rome. Sipping their gift of limoncello on the terrace looking at the coliseum all lit up at night is something I won’t forget. Riccardo and his staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They met us at the apartment and gave us lots of insider tips for getting around and helped us get our airport taxi home. The building has extra security and such charm. We highly recommend this spot in the heart of the Monti neighborhood.

We loved our stay at Feffo & Daro’s. The accommodate was simply amazing and their associates Fede and Joy were a pleasure to work with. Fede helped with transportation, restaurant recommendations and instructions. Joy met us and gave clear instructions and gave us flexibility to leave bags inside. The apartment is well appointed and beautiful with sweeping views from the top floor and unique bedrooms.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Olivenhains mit Produktionsstätte, das Haus von Giovanella ist einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig, nur manchmal kann man die nahe Autobahn je nach Windstand ein wenig hören. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber absolut ausreichend für unsere drei kleinen Kinder. Der Pool hat einen Zaun und ist gut zu sehen vom Haus. Die Ausstattung im Haus sowie auch das Haus sind in gutem Zustand. Giovanella hat immer sehr freundlich und schnell bei etwaigen Fragen geantwortet. Rom ist je nach Verkehr 45 Min. entfernt, das Meer mit schönen und guten Strandbars ca. 20 Min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Simple: en quelques mots, nous aurions aimé passer plus de temps chez Giovanni. Accueil parfait, même avec notre arrivée tardive. Giovanni nous attendait, s’est tenu disponible en permanence, a été l’hôte parfait finalement. À vous qui lirez ce message, soyez sans crainte quand au logement, l’emplacement et sa propreté. Il s’agit d’un havre de paix comme nous n’en avons rarement vu avec mon fiancé. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé et énormément logé en RBNB, Giovanni est de loin le meilleur hôte. La maison trône sur les hauteurs et la vue est splendide sur le lac. Tout est à disposition, machine à laver, belle terrasse, barbecue. Merci à Giovanni pour tout, tant ses conseils, la balade en bateau sur le lac avec les explications historiques ainsi que sa réactivité permanente. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! Elo & Alex

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.
