Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit Schlafcouch, Schwingsessel, Smart TV, Radio, CD, Hörbücher, Bücher und Spiele/Spielzeug. Die Küchenzeile ist mit Cerankochfeld, Toaster, kleinem Backofen, Kühlschrank (ohne Eisfach) und Mikrowelle und allen wichtigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.
