Vacation rentals with a patio in Altea

Piso realmente interesante por su ubicación, limpieza y servicios extras (aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, parking, equipamiento, etc). Sin duda lo recomendaría.

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

María y su hijo han sido los mejores anfitriones. Siempre amables, con buena predisposición para evacuar nuestras dudas y darnos todas las recomendaciones que necesitamos de Altea. Y el departamento es realmente precioso, muuuuuy muy amplio, con todas las facilidades, electrodomésticos, accesorios. La ubicación es tal cual la descripta, a pocas cuadras de la playa y puedes ir a pie al centro histórico. Quedamos encantados.

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

Ich kann die Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen. Sie ist noch schöner in echt als auf den Fotos. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah und die Anbindung der Tram ins Zentrum von Alicante ist auch sehr gut.

Es hat alles perfekt gepasst! Ich komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank

Mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement met het uitzicht als unique selling point. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruimtes precies zoals omschreven en op de foto's uit de advertentie. het aaprtement is centraal gelegen dicht bij het strand, met leuke beachbar Euforia, restaurants, winkels en de oude stadskern. Alles binnen loopafstand. De aanwezige strandstoelen en parasol waren een aangename verrassing. Communicatie met eigenaren Oliver en Silke verliep uitstekend. Ze meldden tijdig vooraf dat door uitgelopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden het zwembad niet beschikbaar was en boden een prima compensatie hiervoor aan. De host ter plaatse, Valentina, is geweldig. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel reagerend op berichten. Ik kan iedereen het appartement van Oliver en Silke met Valentina als host aanbevelen. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

Realmente como se ve en las fotos: muy espacioso, ordenado y una terraza con vistas divinas. Las camas eran comidísimas. Volveré sin duda!

Fijn huis in een rustige en mooie omgeving! Terras heeft hele dag zon. Voor ons had Sarah een extra werkplek gemaakt zodat we allebei konden werken. Het is een leuke wandeling naar Altea la Vella. Hebben we met de hond veel gedaan. Met 10 minuten bij de zee met de auto. Sarah reageerde heel snel op berichten en zorgde ervoor dat kleine problemen snel werden opgelost. We hebben er ruim 4 weken gezeten en enorm genoten.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Villa oli erinomainen, näköala todella kaunis. Lähellä myös hyvät reitit vuorille (Castellet de Calp ja Monte Toix Mirador) joista avautuu hienot maisemat ja kiipeäminen on kaiken vaivan arvoista.. Allas todella hyvä ja puhdas. Autolla Calpen keskustaan ja rannoille lyhyt matka. Lämmin suositus kohteelle, sekä Calpelle että huvilalle🫶

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment in Finestrat. Das Apartment hat einen besonderen Charme und ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind auf mehreren Etagen verteilt, weshalb man relativ viel Treppen steigt, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, es hat das Apartment eher besonders gemacht. Unser Lieblingsort war die Dachterrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen in der Sonne ausgiebig gefrühstückt haben. ☀️ Der Ort ist genau, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten: ruhig, ursprünglich und wenig touristisch. Viele schöne alte Häuser, verwinkelte kleine Straßen. Es gibt eine Bäckerei im Ort, von der wir die Pistazien Croissants geliebt haben. Wir haben von Finestrat aus mehrere Ausflüge gemacht, zum Beispiel nach Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill und Villajoysa. Wir würden in jedem Fall empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Der Kontakt mit den Hosts war unkompliziert und nett. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, haben schnell geantwortet.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Es gab in der Wohnung alles was man benötigt und es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Maria und Viktor lief auch total reibungslos. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man an einem sehr touristischen Spot lebt, wo viele Menschen vorbeikommen und Fotos machen. Tagsüber ist es also die meiste Zeit lauter, was uns nicht groß gestört hat, da wir unterwegs waren. Danke!

Tina et Roger sont adorables, le logement est parfait. Avec une boîte à clefs et une place de parking juste devant la terrasse. Extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout. Il est autant reposant que bien placé et proche (en voiture) de nombreux sites touristiques. L’accès à la piscine est un réel plus car elle est tranquille et la vue est imprenable. Nous reviendrons 🙏 Merci pour tout

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

The appartment was clean and quit with a lovely terras with morning sun. There is a realy nice pool with a nice garden with sea view. Altea is like 10-15 min by car and Calpe like 20min by car. There is a beach down the road by 5min walk with cristal clear water. We had a realy nice stay. The communication was easy and good internet. The beds are good. The appartmet is in a silent place. Realy reccogment. Thank you!

Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermé , Carmen a été réactive très gentille. L’appartement est magnifique propre et Très bien située. C’est un coup de cœur pour nous. Merci Carmen pour ce fabuleux Airbnb.

We really loved our stay at Mascarat. The apartment was really nice, exactly as described and even better. You can see that Inna and Matthew really care about the apartment and the comfort of the guests. Many small details that made our stay really enjoyable, such as some refreshments and snacks waiting for us - a lifesaver after a late arrival. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, our kids loved it. Would definitely come here if visiting Altea or Costa Blanca again. Highly recomended!

Vi hadde et supert opphold i leiligheten til Oxana og Albert. Hyggelige verter som vil at gjestene skal få en best mulig opplevelse. Leiligheten er like fin som på bildene, har alt man trenger og ligger i fin avstand til alle fasiliteter i området. Anbefales!
