Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

BEACH FRONT IN ALTEA

Apartamento completo situado en primera línea de playa con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia en el bonito pueblo de Altea. Consta de 4 habitaciones: La suite equipada con cama de matrimonio desde la que puedes ver el mar. Hay otras tres habitaciones, una con una cama de matrimonio 135 cm y otras dos habitaciones con dos camas de 90cm cada una. La ubicación es excelente, está en el centro del pueblo y acceso directo a la playa. Cuenta con 2 baños, garaje y aire acondicionado.

This 3-bedroom Mediterranean apartment is located in a building with direct access to La Roda beach, with its turquoise sea and its characteristic white pebbles or sand area. A few meters away is the new Paseo de Altea, recently renovated. The apartment is opposite the old town and has beautiful views of it, the beautiful blue dome of the church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, being a 5-minute walk from it. There is a large public parking lot across the street.

Easy to park outside for free.

Apartment consisting of a 23 m2 room with an open bathroom and a 20 m2 living room separated from the room with a sofa bed. It has a small, recently renovated kitchen. It has a private balcony overlooking the sea where one can sit quietly to enjoy and relax. The house is in the heart of the old town but not on the busiest streets. Check-in and check-out can be done through a lockbox. If I'm not home at the time, no problem!
