Vacation rentals with beach access in Altea

La estancia en este alojamiento fue maravillosa. Todo coincidía exactamente con las fotos: muy limpio, todo nuevo, perfectamente decorado y con una ubicación inmejorable. La limpieza era impecable, no faltaba ningún detalle. El trato por parte del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre amable y atento. Ha superado mis expectativas, repetiría sin dudarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. Le logement était très agréable : lumineux, bien décoré, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et des lits très confortables. Un grand merci à Isa pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour, elle a su gérer avec efficacité les petits imprévus. Seuls bémols : un parking vraiment très étroit (mieux vaut se garer à l’extérieur) et quelques nuisances sonores dues à des travaux dans l’appartement voisin, totalement indépendants de l’hôte. Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Top of the world; at least in Altea! Fantastic location, steps from the church, great resteraunts, cute shops etc. We loved being just around the corner from everything…all the advantages of being close plus you step around the corner and you are staying on a quiet/safe side street. Don’t hesitate…this is a great property in a great location, with a great host!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Great place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped – both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Other than that, the apartment met all our expectations and we would gladly stay there again. Best regards!

Das absolute Highlight an der Wohnung ist die Lage und der große Balkon. Man hält sich praktisch nur auf dem Balkon auf und sieht und hört das Meer. Alles in Altea ist von dort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Alle nötigen Geräte (und mehr) sind vorhanden. Teilweise schon etwas älter, aber es funktioniert alles. Ein- und Auscheck war sehr einfach (Schlüssel da lassen und Tür zuziehen). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Una maravilla de alojamiento, limpio, muy cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, con una terraza privada y maravillosas vistas al Peñón enmarcado entre el verde de los pinos y el azul del mar. Muy cerca tiene 3 calas a las que se puede ir andando con aguas cristalinas. Isaac muy pendiente de aclararnos las dudas. Muy recomendable. Deseando volver.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

La casita increíble, Dominique súper atenta de todo. Si tu plan es tranquilo es ideal porque la playa está enfrente; si tu plan es comer rico y disfrutar el mediterráneo también es ideal por la cantidad de restaurantes que hay; y, si tu plan es conocer el casco viejo también es increíble la ubicación porque estás a 10 min caminando. Tuvimos una gran experiencia. 🫶🏻

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Ons 2e keer verblijf bij pepe was weer uitstekend. We hebben erg genoten de plek is perfect. Alles is heel schoon en netjes. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. De 2e dag ging de fohn kapot en dit werd de zelfde dag nog netjes opgelost we kregen meteen een nieuwe fohn. Er stonden bij aankomst 2 koude biertjes klaar wat ook erg fijn was want kwamen om 1:30 snachts aan. Pepe en meerdere, Ontzettend bedankt weer.

Wat een geluk dat ik in het huis mocht verblijven van Gracia. Wat een geweldige plek!, Gracia gaf vantevoren alle duidelijke instructies, en tips voor in de buurt. Echt heel duidellijk. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat deze plek mijn hart heeft veroverd. De locatie is geweldig en uitmuntend!. Je loopt vanaf het appartement zo het rustige strand op met een geweldig uitzicht. Vanaf het balkon is het uitzicht ook wonderschoon. Het huis had precies de sfeer waar ik zo van houd. Licht, netjes en schoon en het totale strand gevoel. De connectie met de zee is niet te missen en erg voelbaar. Wat een heerlijk huis met allle benodigheden die je nodig hebt. Ik ben verliefd geworden op de woning, de locatie en het mooie wat Altea en omgeving te bieden heeft. Dank je wel Gracia voor het ervaren van de rust en en al moois!. Ik kom zeker terug! After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Gracias a José por la atención. El piso está muy bien para el precio y la ubicación es justo al lado de la playa.

Nous recommandons l'appartement de Carmen, c'est une hôte très réactive, aimable et amicale par message. Merci beaucoup pour la bouteille de vin ! L'appartement est super bien placé au centre de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Le bus C6 pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport est à seulement quelques mètres, sur la place de los Luceros, sauf durant les feux de joie de la Saint-Jean, où il se prend sur le port. Le tram aussi se trouve à Luceros, c'est très pratique pour aller à la plage de San Juan par exemple. Si vous souhaitez participer à cette fête, il est idéalement situé car il y a des animations sur cette place ainsi que dans l'avenue Frederico Soto, au pied de l'immeuble, avec de la musique. Il y a de nombreux commerces, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité, ainsi que le port. L'appartement est propre, très pratique, bien équipé et conforme à la description. La vue sur le port et la ville est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci beaucoup !
