In the middle of the artist district overlooking the water

Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is free from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle.

Very nice and well maintained apartment in a perfect city location with excellent accessibility. Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at any time. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.

Located right on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can reach almost everything on foot. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. I usually live in the 2-room apartment myself. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the district of Lindenau and well connected to public transport. On the street we run a small wine shop. There you are just as welcome as in our guest apartment.
