Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

From the property down, 200m right, the Feldmark invites you to take a walk. 300m left is a small shopping area with discounters, post office, small shops and doctors. By car to the Port of Hamburg and the city center about 20/25 minutes, to the bus it is 2 minutes and also everything is super to reach who does not want to look for a parking space, to the Baltic Sea it is 30 minutes without traffic jam😊. With us you are right in the countryside and can watch birds and airplanes from the terrace. The property is located in Ohmoor, which is great for walking. Despite the beautiful location in nature, you are quite quickly in Hamburg City. By bike it takes about 12 minutes to get to the Niendorf Nord U-Bahn [subway] station. It is about 40 minutes on foot, or you can take the bus from halfway. By subway you are then within 20 minutes in the legendary Schanzenviertel.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
