Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. The studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area with a gas fire place and kitchenette. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

(Coffee is provided) Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.
