This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. This large studio, its private terrace and its adjoining wooded and quiet land offer you a superb view of the lake with changing colors and the pretty village of Bauduen, less than 2 km away. (Nice little restaurants!). It's a 5-minute walk to the lake, small forests and close to many trails. This bright 38 m2 studio (5 windows!) is located on a small green hill, accessible by a staircase next to my house. Pets are welcome.
