Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Der Pilathof liegt abgelegen und mitten in der Natur und ist nur mit einem Geländewagen (ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt von St.Ulrich) oder in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Naturliebhaber. Eine Privatsauna steht zu Verfügung.

The spacious vacation apartment Golserhof is located in Merano (Meran) on the 2nd floor of a traditional alpine-style house. It was completely renovated at the beginning of 2020. The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 to 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, heating and both cable and satellite TV. If requested, a baby bed is available for free.

In Fodra in Roncegno in Trentino, 1200 meters above sea level, among the green woods and hiking trails for all levels of preparation, is the Baita del Beniamino, a mountain chalet with a wood-burning fireplace. A double bedroom, a bathroom and a small laundry room complete the comforts. Kitchenette and barbecue complete the offer. Dogs are welcome in the fenced garden. *gas heating can be used if you are not skilled with the wood-burning fireplace!

You can reach us via Renon or through the Sarntal. Our village unfortunately has no grocery store. In front of the apartment is a sunbathing lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop
