Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. Wonderful Apartamento en Primera Linea de playa with a spectacular view to the sea. Located in the Las Gondolas urbanization, one of the best in the area. It has two pools, tennis courts, padel courts, basketball court, petanque, ping pong, playground for children and 2 restaurants. The apartment has WIFI and cold /heat air conditioning and it's a few minutes walk to supermarkets and bars. It has all the comforts to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation.

Sunny house a few meters from the sea.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best part is its location. It is located in the center of the village with the beach just a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. If you do not want to use the car it is not necessary since there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you may need next door.
