Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. This newly renovated 70 sqm apartment near the beach is a pearl with its great view of 2 terraces over the village, sea and mountains. In 10 minutes you can walk to the beach and also in the charming village of Almuñecar. The two spacious quiet bedrooms, a bathroom and the fully equipped new kitchen in the large living and dining area make you feel comfortable. Sunny house a few meters from the sea.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best part is its location. It is located in the center of the village with the beach just a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. If you do not want to use the car it is not necessary since there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you may need next door.

Spacious, bright, first line, two bedroom seafront apartment. Superb sea views, large terrace. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) in lounge and bedrooms and free WiFi. Swimming pool with fantastic sea views from the sunbathing area. The swimming pool is open all year (sometimes closed a day a week for maintenance). Family and pet friendly apartment.
