It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Spectacular Ocean View.

The apartment has a fantastic location, the view is absolutely incredible, close to everything, Old Town, grocery store around the corner, restaurants and the beach right across the street. We stayed 8 weeks in the apartment and there is equipment for simple cooking and comfortable with washing machine when you are there so long. Pretty lively some evenings as there are four restaurants on the ground floor, but for us it was just a nice feature with a little life and movement. We lacked some instructions on how to get in on arrival and sat and waited for answers, but found a phone number we called and a lady answered and gave us the code. Otherwise, we received a response within a reasonable time, even if we did not need to have much contact, other than being asked if we needed anything now and then. Almuñecar was a nice town that we highly recommend with fantastic beach walk and a cozy older neighborhood with pedestrian streets and squares, felt genuinely Spanish and not too many tourists. We'd love to come here more often.

Everything has been beyond our expectations, the house, the location, the old town and the VIEW 🤩. Note that to get views like this you need to be high up so you will get your daily exercise included 💪. It is so close to everything! Even it looks far down to the beach, the walk was just a couple of minutes. You will find bars, restaurants and shopping within minutes from the house. I highly recommend this lovely townhouse and Ryszard as a host 👌 Nos vemos pronto ☀️😍

This home was an honour for us to stay in. It was beautifully laid out, with so much thought into each aspect, furnishings, all of it. It was even better in person than the photos and the photos are already amazing! Lots of little touches that made our stay felt so personable and an absaloute blissfully relaxing and tranquil place to stay!
