Near the parks: tingui, tanguá, são lourenço, 5 minutes from the opera of wire and paulo leminski quarry, easy access to the city center.( bus in front of the condominium). We have an extra mattress (single), if the guest needs it.(for an additional fee) Internet de 500mb. 1 smart tv na sala e 1 smart tv no quarto. Bed linen and bath. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster. Check-in between 15 and 22. Check-out between 6 and 11 in the morning
