Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

This vacation home is located on a quiet, blind road in Østermarie, not far from Svaneke and Gudhjem. The house is originally a year-round house with district heating. The entire interior of the home is bright and very well appointed. The kitchen is suitable for both cooking and conversation, and the living room on the 1st floor invites you to enjoy and relax. There are three good bedrooms and separate bathrooms and toilets. Pets are not allowed. It is 3600 m to the sea. The nearest store is located at a distance of 150 m.

Our house is situated in a peaceful and scenic area. The nearest shopping centers are 6-8 km away (Svaneke and Nexø) and the distance to our beatiful white sand beaches is about the same. The inside of the house is bright and spacious with 5 beds spread over two rooms. A nice and bright living room , a new kitchen as well as a toilet/shower. New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Stenhuggeren have - glamping (havecamping) I hjertet af Bornholm, i en stort og ugeneret have med blik på solnedgangen over markerne op mod Almindingen - hvor Nydamsåen smøger sig igennem haven, der er anlagt i cottagestil, findes der to telte (5 m i diameter), der er indrettet hyggeligt og opredt med dobbeltseng eller to enkelte senge. Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret  køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og to hylder i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

The shower room, which has underfloor heating and a toilet, is located on the lower level and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea. From the entire apartment, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the large garden. Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful places where you can linger.

Small cozy guest house of 32 m2, located adjacent to beautiful old 4-length half-timbered property surrounded by forest, fields and wide views of the Bornholm nature. The guesthouse is newly renovated and includes a living room with a sofa bed, alcoves with bunk bed, step kitchenette, and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room there is an exit to the tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill.
