Etage, kein Aufzug) wurde vor kurzem vollständig saniert und ist mit hochwertigem Mobilar ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 breit, 2 Matratzen), einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Das Apartmentgebäude selbst ist gepflegt, wenn auch schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Bringst du einen Hund mit, ist dieser sehr willkommen.

The apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards overlooking the Michelberg and in the immediate vicinity of the saltworks in the beautiful climatic health resort of Bad Dürkheim. Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is ideally suited for two adults and two children. A travel bed is of course available for our little guests. We are a young family who are always happy to meet nice people.

In our apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy stay in a feel-good atmosphere. It was completed in 2021 and offers an open-plan living area with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The 34 m², bright apartment is south-facing. All windows face the green inner courtyard and provide plenty of light. Elke and Stephan live on the property and run the Stephan Schäfer carpentry shop.
