Great apartment with modern design. Warm, bright and cozy. Suitable for families with kids and work trips. Perfect location with developed infrastructure. Along the Residential Complex there is the Bolshaya Almaty River. Great mountain view and clean air. 5 minutes walk from the apartment is Mega Center Alma-Ata shopping mall. In the courtyard of the Residential Complex there are a large number of supermarkets and cafes, several playgrounds and more. We are waiting for everyone! )

A great apartment in a newer, modern building. 2 minute drive from the bus station. Not a far walk to subway either. We really enjoyed staying here — clean, well equipped, cozy, and friendly host. Would happily stay again!

Great place, with great views, very quite to do some work., a nice walk to presidential park. overall i will definitely stay here again, very comfortable bed and couch, not forgetting a user friendly kitchen.

The room is great, clean and artistic, with all the daily necessities, although it is a sofa bed, it is very comfortable. The location of the room is also very good, right by the Esentai River, and it is also a very pleasant thing to walk along the Esentai River at night or on weekends.

I was here on a business trip for 3 weeks, and the place is perfect for a solo traveller or pair of travellers. Very safe and quiet area with a cafe and the Kasteev art museum just next door. The river is a beautiful area to walk along and relax - it was my walk to work every morning! I had to reset the WiFi box a few times but this was not a huge problem. Some lovely robes were provided, and the bed is very comfortable. The hostess is very kind and communicative - altogether I had a wonderful stay!
