It has 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, two fire places, two stair cases, and plenty of room to explore. Outside you’ll find a patio, fireplace and of course an amazing backyard treehouse that boasts 500 sq/ft furnished with seating, tv, and WiFi. The home is 5 to 15 minutes from everything - The Football HOF, Gervasi Winery, Maize Valley Winery, 1875 Winery, shopping, and dining.

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
