It is just a short 10 minute drive from I-65 and for those passing through just an hour north of Nashville. We are about 20 minutes from WKU, 30 minutes from Barren River Lake, and about 45 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park. Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, modern 3 bedroom home near Barren River Lake! One story with a large, fenced back yard complete with play set, fire pit, deck and grill. Long, 2 lane driveway to fit the whole family, a trailer and a boat. There are indoor and outdoor toys to play with, child safety locks on both external doors, outlet covers and even a built-in children’s potty seat available in the master bath. Smart TVs in every room with access to our Amazon Prime account.
