Vacation rentals with breakfast in Alkmaar

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

Joost et sa femme sont particulièrement accueillants. Leur côté chaleureux a contribué à rendre notre séjour familier et sympathique. Literie excellente. Propreté parfaite. Le petit déjeuner apporté chaque matin avec le sourire était confectionné avec soin, bon et copieux. Ce moment était l'occasion de discuter un peu avec de couple ouvert et bienveillant. L'appartement, facile à trouver - est extrêmement agréable, bien meublé, accessible et dans un cadre verdoyant et paisible. Le tram qui nous mène en centre ville et dans le quartier des Musées est à 3 minutes à pied et les trams très fréquents. Nous n'avons pas regretté du tout de ne pas être en centre ville Tout a été positif. Nous recommandons sans réserve l'appartement de Joost et sa femme

Très beau logement moderne, avec beaucoup de place et très bien équipé. Quartier résidentiel calme, tout à proximité de l’arrêt de Tramway menant à la gare et au centre ville (en 20-25 minutes) Un supermarché à 2 pas. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte.

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances chez Willems, je ne m’attendais pas à être dans sa maison mais tout est fait pour y être à l’aise. Un petit livret est posé afin qu’on sache quoi faire dans les environs. Ça aide beaucoup et il est super réactif lorsqu’on lui demande comment accéder à un endroit. Merci encore

Schöne Unterkunft liegt zentral in Volendam. Mit dem Bus ist Amsterdam in 25 Minuten gut erreichbar. Gastgeber ist super erreichbar und regiert schnell.

Wir haben vier Tage Amsterdam erkundet und das Haus war dafür perfekt. Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Man kann ganz entspannt zu Fuß (ca. 25 Minuten) zur Fähre (umsonst) gehen und dann in die Innenstadt von Amsterdam fahren. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus war außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mijntje war super. Sie hatte tolle Tipps für die Gegend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Wir durften für vier Nächte die wunderbare Unterkunft von Nittert & Familie nutzen - am liebsten wären wir nicht mehr abgereist. Was für ein Glückstreffer: von der liebevollen, detailreichen Einrichtung aller Zimmer, über die große, perfekt ausgestattete Küche und das bequeme Wohnzimmer, bis hin zum toll gepflegten, üppig bepflanzten Garten, in dem man in aller Ruhe sitzen und lesen konnte ... Solch eine Art von Gastgeberschaft ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir waren glücklich und dankbar und sehr begeistert :-) Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Judith et son mari ! Ils sont vraiment très gentils, très accueillants et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison est impeccable, propre, bien équipée et on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Un grand merci pour votre hospitalité, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Es war ein schöner kurzer Aufenthalt bei Henk, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Scheveningen. Zunächst ist die Wohnung wirklich viel größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Der Check in war unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Der Ausblick über den Hafen ist richtig schön. Es gibt dort viele, sehr leckere Restaurants und auch ein Jumbo Supermarkt ist in Laufweite erreichbar. Den Bus 28 kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit diesem Bus kann man sowohl in die Stadt als auch zum Hauptbahnhof in ca. 20 Minuten fahren. Die Busse fahren auch sehr oft und lange. Nach einem etwas weiteren Fußweg kann man mit dem Bus 22 innerhalb von 10 Minuten den Pier von Scheveningen erreichen. Man muss aber gar nicht zwingend mit dem Bus fahren, denn der Zuiderstrand ist vom Appartement aus auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dieser Strand ist ruhiger als der Strand am Pier, was wir sehr genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und wollen uns auf diesem Weg auch nochmal bei BizStay für den tollen Service bedanken.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, and made sure instructions were clear. The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to shops and restaurants. It felt like a home away from home. I recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again. Overall, very good experience all around!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Die Vermieter sind megalieb (die Vermieter sind nicht Tess - BELVILLA). Wir waren eine Woche dort und kannten bislang diese Gegend nicht. Alles war unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Empfehlung 100%

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

Malo and Maarten were excellent hosts who met us on arrival and showed us around their very well-appointed and well-stocked home. Their place has everything you could possibly need or even think about needing such that we didn't even need to contact them for anything during our stay. The personal touches made it even better. We felt right at home in their beautifully designed home and were able to access the entire city easily from this location. We definitely recommend Blueprint B&B 100%!

Wilhemina is an absolutely wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the moment I booked, she provided detailed information and checked in about our arrival time. The room was beautifully prepared with thoughtful touches like local tourist brochures for Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Despite inaccessible kitchen, she generously provided complimentary breakfast each morning, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The location is truly special for nature lovers - peaceful and surrounded by greenery where you can truly unwind. However, future guests should be aware of a few practical considerations: there are stairs to navigate with luggage (pack light if possible), and the property is about 30km from Amsterdam city center. While accessible by public transport (metro + bus or two buses), the journey takes time, and evening/night bus frequency reduces to 30-60 minute intervals. This is a perfect retreat for travelers who prioritize tranquility.

We had a nice visit there we just wanted a place to sleep because we had to catch a flight. Rob is a nice guy he offered us breakfast as well but we had no time!

Elly and Simon's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. So nice to have a private little outside sitting area looking over the fields. Having the bikes was marvelous, we cycled to the beach through the forest (get Elly to give you directions) and stopped in the local towns for cafes, a fabulous lady day of the Keukenhof season, just a few minutes away by bike. We cycled along the peaceful, safe canal path to the Hillegom station to go to Haarlem for the day (and the train goes on to Amsterdam from there too). The bed was comfy, the shower was warm and clean and the wifi and TV worked fine. We used the aircon as is did get warm up in the loft bedspace but that was fine too, very quiet. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. All in all it was a very well equipped and well located space with lovely hosts.

Es ist ein besonderer Ort der mit viel Liebe geführt wird ,mitten in der Natur wo Fuchs und Has' sich gute Nacht sagen.Wir haben im unteren Zimmer geschlafen. Das Frühstück in Saskias Küche /Wohnzimmer war mit viel Liebe zubereitet,sogar frisch gepresster Orangensaft ❤️Die Räumlichkeiten sind außergewöhnlich und Besonders. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit und haben viele schöne Fleckchen Erde in der Umgebung entdeckt(Hoorn❤️) Danke für die schöne Auszeit 💐💫Liebe Grüße Sabine und Hartmut

Op een prachtige locatie staat het huis van Dirk-Jan, een zeer vriendelijke host. Je voelt je direct welkom en hij verzorgt daarbij ook nog een lekker ontbijtje met als klapper op de vuurpijl een aubade tijdens het ontbijt :) Vanuit het huis kun je te voet naar Volendam, ideaal vonden wij.

Irmi is awesome! She is super friendly and willing to help with anything you want. There is a breakfast included but you can choose whether you want it or not. There are groceries nearby and walkable. But bus stop is nearby too, easy to get to the Almere central and you can easily to go to Amsterdam or Utrecht. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful. Almere is the quite city if you like staying at peaceful place. Almere center is huge and super perfect for shopping! There is lot of space for u to shopping, not crowded at all. And there are many shops there like Amsterdam. I would recommend it if you want to shopping on your last days. So you will not be tired. Also there are 2 cats in the house and they are super cute!

Mark is an exceptional host and a great person. The house was like walking into design/art fairytale and it was maintained so incredibly well. Everything was so well-maintained, carefully curated and well-placed. Truly a beautiful experience to stay there.

He is a very welcoming and attentive host, always ready to help optimize your travel plans so you can still visit everything you want, even if the weather changes. The location also offers excellent transport connections to Amsterdam, making it very convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!
