We will be delighted to welcome you in the best possible way at the Faubourg apartment. The 120 m2 of the apartment are entirely dedicated to renting! Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 mins walking distance from Valencia city station. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a very quiet small condominium that only has 3 floors. Can't be rented to arrange an evening out. No smoking in the unit.

The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car safely under cover.

Located in a townhouse on a passing axis that leads to the city center, renovated and tastefully decorated. The train station is a 15min walk and we are 2.5 km from the south exit of the Sun Highway. Our apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people, but it can easily accommodate up to 6 people thanks to our sofa bed in the living room.
