What a find! We were attending a wedding on the Potomac and found this gem of a place basically right next door. A perfectly appointed home in a peaceful, tranquil, beautiful setting. Connie was great! Responsive to our need to find the iron, not exactly an emergency, Connie responded immediately with it's location. Loved it!

My mom, sisters, friends and I enjoyed a relaxing fun filled time at the Coastal Oasis at the Chesapeake for our Mother's Day Retreat. The view is amazing and truly can be seen from every room in the house! Being able to see the beauty and calmness of the water helped each of us kick back and let the stress melt away. The big dinning room table allowed all of us all to enjoy breakfasts, dinners and touching conversations together. My guests loved the décor and raved about every detail. The beds and furniture were comfortable and house clean. I would definitely come back!

This was our second time staying at Kimberly’s home, and it was just as magical as we remembered. The views of the water are absolutely stunning—whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, it’s hard to look away. The location is perfect: peaceful but just a short walk to shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the Peloton and treadmill—such a bonus for staying active during our trip. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay! The yard was perfect for our dog and playing with our grandson. There was plenty of water and the house met all our needs. The neighborhood was fantastic and we loved taking walks and seeing everyone else out walking their kids and dogs! Definitely will come back!!

Glenn lives close and was very helpful with all of our questions. He's very knowledgeable of the area and has a lot of good suggestions on places to go and things to do.

Took the family here (grand parents, 2 babies). We had a great time. Mike's place was clean and modern and well designed. It was well equipped for getting some work done remotely. The family enjoyed catching a bunch of crabs and harvesting some oysters right off the dock in his backyard. Mike was also very responsive to any questions we had. Would def come back at some point in the future.

We had a lovely weekend in Annapolis. The stay is a large wing of a main house, completely private and lovely. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, quiet and wooded and an easy, short drive to downtown Annapolis with easy access to the road to Baltimore. Helen is an attentive and communicative host who respected our privacy.

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

We wanted peace and quiet and that’s what it offered. Our children sent me for my birthday. We arrived at night so it was hard to see the address that’s when we realized others were on the property. Very clean and fresh. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice. A nice touch of a birthday balloon and treats. We would come back again. Thanks

AMAZING location! We loved being able to park the car and walk to the shops, brewery, winery, restaurants, farmers market and more! The place was peaceful which helped since we had a baby with us. We would definitely rent again if we were to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn's place. It is located in an absolutely beautiful area with a gorgeous view of the water. The place was beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of places to relax outside with a view of the water. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and watching the sunset each night. Shawn was a lovely host and is a genuine person who wants you to have the best stay!

We have nothing but praise and gratitude for this lovely river hideaway in the woods after our weeklong restorative "working vacation" there. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, the surrounding area is beautiful, the hosts are lovely, and despite the feeling of privacy and "middle of nowhere" there are great stores, restaurants, area attractions, etc. all nearby. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the floating pier while watching the early morning mist (and chevrons of geese) rising from the river. We loved kayaking and swimming throughout the day from steps away from our apartment door. We loved being greeted by BIRDS BIRDS BIRDS in the nearby trees and feeders every time we stepped outside. And we absolutely loved sitting by the beautiful outdoor chiminea fire at night! We will be back. Thank you Helen, Peter, Sophie, and Moose!

We loved staying here! Leonardtown is such a nice community to explore and Haley’s place was in the heart of the good energy. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed to relax.

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. Mitri, is one of the best Airbnb host I’ve met. He made sure myself and son were comfortable from day one all the way until the end of my stay. I felt like he was apart of my family because of the kindness and generosity he displayed. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. He cares about your safety, your comfort level, and if you have food to eat. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, and I will definitely be staying again.

Dimitri is a great host and this house was a great place to live. He was on the property frequently replacing various amenities the house may have needed, along with cutting the yard weekly as well in the summer. Dimitri was always available if any problems arose, and was an understanding host for any situation someone could have. You couldn't ask for a better host really, happy I spent the summer at this house.
