Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

In addition to fig trees, agave and palm trees, there are also orange, apricot and plum trees, ear cacti with cactus figs and of course an almond tree! The pool with sun deck measures 6 m x 4 m. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
