We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the ski resorts of Aravis (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains ! My house is ideally located for the practice of water and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxation and admiration of the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
