Welcome to my private apartment, the apartment is homey and with a large balcony where you can enjoy good sun and views. Right at the foot of Akslafjellet. The apartment is located in a quiet and secluded part of the city center, but is still only a stone's throw away from all amenities as well as great hiking areas. The apartment itself is located on the 7th floor - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains a kitchen, living room with sleeping alcoves, WC and bathroom. Here is a high level of comfort.

The apartment has nice and spacious living room with panoramic view and exit to a small terrace. Spacious dining room and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. Parking.

Welcome to our apartment in the heart of Ålesund city center. The apartment has bright and nice surfaces, throughout a high standard. It is equipped with what you may need for a comfortable stay, perfect for both vacation, work or weekend trips. It is located in a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac without through traffic, here you can be sure to get a good night's sleep. The apartment has a parking space under the roof in the connected neighboring building, about 10 meters to walk from the front door.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Perfect Location: residential area, you're only 5 minutes on foot from the vibrant heart of Ålesund. Enjoy local cafés, restaurants, parks, museums, and iconic viewpoints like Fjellstua. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Velkommen til Jugend Loft, en sjelden toppleilighet i hjertet av Ålesund. Denne nydelige perlen befinner seg i et velkjent jugendstils bygg med sentral beliggenhet i gågata. Her kan en nyte det beste av Ålesund, enten ved å bevitne vakker utsikt på byggets takterrasse eller nyte noe godt i kaféen i første etasje. Videre finner man alle sentrums fasiliteter rett utenfor inngangsdøren, med kort gangavstand til Skansekaia, Brosundet og til de berømte trappene opp til utkikkspunktet Fjellstua.

Fantastic place to stay and relax. Beautiful view of the fjord and mountains. The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Aksla mountain, in a quiet area, with access to the garden, close to the forest, 15 minutes to Fjellstua viewpoint, 20 minutes from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. New and clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to add a cot and a baby chair for a child upon agreement with the owner. Free parking on the street.

Located on the ground floor in Lerstad, close to a bus stop and only 15 minutes by car from Alesund city center. Walking distance to Moa shopping center and bus terminal with routes to the city, airport e.g. Short distance to great hiking areas. Perfect place to relax close to both nature and city life. Pets are not allowed.
