Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful house. We were 8 friends enjoying this accommodation, we never ran out of space, the living room is very nice and very bright. The house is isolated from traffic and not overlooked, perfect for total disconnection. I would highly recommend this listing. All the information for the reservation is very clear and precise and if necessary Nicolas is very responsive to any request. We'll be back as soon as we can!!

Listing completely as described. It's a really nice place. On the other hand, you have to love being isolated in nature. The car is necessary to move and the road is quite folkloric! Hiking departure from the house and small river at the bottom of the village , fruit trees available in the extensive garden, beautiful outdoor space to eat! The house is beautiful, everything is refurbished and the materials and equipment are premium . The bedding in particular is perfect. In short, nothing to repeat. Julien's welcome is neat and everything is thought out for your comfort. We see that he likes to share his love for this family home.

Excellent stay in this accommodation located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is great: modern interior, with individually adjustable air conditioning in each room and bedrooms. Very pleasant exterior with pool and garden amenities. House also ideal for hosting our 10-month-old baby. It has all the necessary amenities: folding baby bed, high chair, blender. Mercédès welcomed us very warmly, she was super available and accommodating with the check-in and checkout time. She is a particularly friendly host and concerned about the well-being of her guests. I would highly recommend it. We'll be happy to return to Mercédès for a future stay.

Camille and Albert welcomed us warmly Google gave us the wrong address, but they were very responsive in giving us the necessary information to get to their home. Although the house is in a residential area, we found shops nearby (bakery, supermarkets, gas station, etc.). 10-20 min. by car we were able to enjoy the beaches of Saint Cyprien, Argelès sur Mer and Collioure. The house is a reflection of their hosts, very warm and cozy, my children liked to play with the piano and scooters provided. Their BBQ was great for preparing a pleasant family meal (two grill heights👌) In short, we have a very nice memory of our stay. A place we'll definitely return to.

Super nice host, attentive and very friendly, even prepared a bed for the children and turned on the air conditioning because we arrived very late. It's taking care of these hosts. Very happy about our second stay in this apartment. Clear and easy to check in and out, perfect location, amazing terrace and the sofa bed is really comfortable. Christopher is also a great host, super responsive and friendly.

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The chateau was a beautiful oasis in Perpignan, and the apartment was even better than shown in the listing. It was very spacious for our family of four, had beautiful large bathrooms, and a functional new kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. Laundry facilities were an added bonus. Thierry was super friendly and informative, and always willing to help. He gave us many tips to make the most of our visit in the area. We would be happy to stay here again.

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. A really lovely spot - near enough to Collioure and Port Vendres but away from the crowds and with a lovely beach right in front - great for a swim or snorkel. The accomodation is well designed with incredible sea views from the living room, bedroom and kitchen with sliding doors that really let the sun and sea breeze in. The place had everything we needed with extra touches such as condiments and laundry supplies. All very clean, bright and cheerful. Overall a lovely place to stay. Oh and Remi is great - helpful and friendly!

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Away from the main centre of the town, but easily walkable to many eating places. We enjoyed Mas Larrieu, and our meal at Le Salamandre in Sorede was superb.

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. I got my questions very quickly and Stephane was very courteous with the arrival time, as there were no guests there before me. Thank you

We had a great time. Mathieu's apartment is as described. It is well equipped and located, with a parking space, a big plus. Very nice welcome and communication with her mom. We recommend.

An incredible stay, a heavenly view, with 2 min access to the creek where there aren't many people, we spent 3 dream days, I recommend it without so much as a second thought, communication with the host very responsive and very kind Anyway, everything is perfect. Thanks a lot🤩

Apartment on a quiet street, with free parking, the accommodation was clean although we had a problem with a clog in the shower drain. Practical and functional kitchen. Very responsive host even late at night when we asked him questions about the air conditioning. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Jean and his partner's place! They were lovely and very welcoming. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, well-appointed, and just a few minutes' walk to the sea. It was really ideal with our little one, everything was simple and practical. Honestly, we recommend 100%!
