Our cozy cottage is located between Aldea del Fresno and Villa del Prado, an hour from Madrid. It is an area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, very quiet and without noise that allows you both to relax and disconnect from daily stress, have a barbecue and spend a few days of partying with friends or go for a walk with your pet in an environment full of nature. About 10 minutes on foot we reach a fantastic beach of the river Alberche and kiosco, 10 minutes by car is the Safari of Madrid.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world.
