Beautiful house where we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and attractively decorated. We missed a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The apartment is incredibly clean, with everything you could need and more provided. Macarena is very thoughtful, communicative, and friendly. The town itself is so charming and beautiful. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is very central in the town and has amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need, even a coffee machine and pods provided. Macarena very kindly left us some necessities so we have something to eat when we arrive. If you are considering staying in Guadalest, I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Of the apartments I've been to, this one was the best for me. Comfortable, beautiful, with spectacular views, the terrace is amazing. Water pressure, although we used both showers at the same time in each bathroom, there was no pressure problem. In short, I recommend 💯 it 💯

The house is very well cared for and with everything you need in the kitchen, as well as in the bathroom and garden. The house faces directly to the beach, a very quiet area ideal for disconnecting. The shame is that we didn't have good time to be able to enjoy more. The owner is always very attentive that is to be thanked!. ☺️

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all vacation. It has a special charm, the house has everything you need. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet, well-connected area. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was, with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

This place has incredible beds, easy ground floor access from the street, free parking right outside, a cute design, and is squeaky clean. The kitchen had almost no tools and supplies. The friendly and sincere host is promising to upgrade so if the kitchen matters (and it should as nothing is open in winter in Novelda) then please check with him to confirm the additions before you book. Novelda is great. In February it’s mostly closed up but the casa museo moderniste, the nearby tourist information (in another lovely space), the close by church, San Pedro Apóstol, the plaza Espanol are lovely. The Casino is great for a look and a drink. In my opinion, the modernist museum is not to be missed. The Parque d’Oeste has modernistic features mostly near the entrance and it worth a visit. And there is a church and castle about 10 minutes outside of town, well worth the visit. The church is also modernist, built by a follower of Gaudi. It’s amazing.

My stay in the cottage exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we needed, everything was very clean, the patio was amazing and Diego and Marta were always available in case we needed anything and were very friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely return

A lovely and quiet place to stay. I loved the view!

We had a great time at the apartment in Finestrat. The apartment has a special charm and is beautifully and cozily furnished. The rooms are spread over several floors, which is why you climb a lot of stairs, but that didn't bother us at all, it made the apartment rather special. Our favorite place was the roof terrace, where we had a full breakfast in the sun every morning. ☀️ The place is exactly as we had wished: quiet, original and not very touristy. Lots of nice old houses, winding little streets. There is a bakery in the village, from which we loved the pistachio croissants. We made several excursions from Finestrat, for example to Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill and Villajoysa. We would definitely recommend taking a rental car. The contact with the hosts was straightforward and kind. They were very accommodating, helpful, and responded quickly.

A delightful surprise. Characterful and authentic spot so convenient for the beach and amenities. Would definitely return. Agnieszka was so helpful and her place so tasteful.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Everything you write around here falls short to describe the wonderful stay we had in this accommodation, the house is beautiful, everything was new, clean and tidy, it is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms with very nice and comfortable, the only thing missing would be an elevator, since it is on a fourth floor and the arrival up to the top is something expensive but it is not something that depends on the host, who on the other hand was super friendly from the day before I was already in contact with us to give us all the necessary instructions and I was attentive to messages at all times and responded super fast when we needed their help. We would definitely return to this accommodation without a second thought.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the place is perfect. With a lockbox and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the views are breathtaking. We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easy to access. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to shop. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. Thank you for everything.
