Very comfortable accommodation, quiet and located in the city center, in the pedestrian zone. Hà and Jérémie were very responsive when we needed to ask them. We have great memories of our 3 days in Valencia. The hospitality of Hà and Jérémie contributed well.

We had a great weekend at Catherine's, the apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the old town. Free parking really close by. The apartment is atypical and very cozy, and has crazy charm! It is very functional and very well-equipped. In short, everything was perfect, we recommend it 100%

The first contact with the host is warm and the instructions given are very clear. Check-in is easy with free parking on site. The accommodation matches the photos in all respects, it is very well equipped and perfectly clean. Quality linens are provided. The bed is very comfortable, the nights are quiet. Despite the high temperatures of the last few days, I did not need to turn on the air conditioning because the accommodation remains very insulated and cool. The wifi is stable. So a great stay. I will definitely be back

Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated, very well equipped close to everything on foot. We spent three wonderful cocooning days there surrounded by all the touches left in the cupboards for our use. Very pleasant and responsive contact. It was a wonderful place for our cycling team. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to the Ardechoise. We hope to come back soon to enjoy the place more.

It's the most beautiful house we've stayed in in recent years. The host leaves her family home as it is, for guests she does not know and offers access to a complete pharmacy, all the ingredients in the kitchen, still and sparkling water in bottles at will, linens including towels in abundance. All these little touches and trust contribute to feeling comfortable and respected from the outset, inspiring mutual respect. The house is huge, full of nooks and crannies that allow you to cohabit without stepping on each other. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful, with a prolific wisteria that shelters a flock of birds that frolic in the morning and evening. No vis-à-vis, very nice pool, absolute calm, a well-stocked proxi (meat +++) 200 m away, 2 restaurants/bar, hiking trails next to the house, and Laurence's very wise visiting advice. The apartment was in great condition and was very comfortable. The view out the front door was beautiful. Tain l Hermitage was a great spot to spend a couple of nights. Jenny was very helpful and so friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

The accommodation was spotless, very nicely decorated, well-equipped and we were received with great kindness. The apartment is very functional, quiet, the bedding is good, no complaints! We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two wonderful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Outside, a magnificent terrace as well as a play area for children (trampoline, swing, etc.) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki, etc. And what about the pool... heated, with exceptional views of the Ardèche reliefs. What a pleasure to bask in this view and calm. Thanks to Maxence and Déborah for their hospitality, availability, responsiveness and many tips on sightseeing in the area.
