John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Enjoy a glamping experience in the cosy Snug (10ft. by 12 ft.). With high peaked ceiling, the snug sits at the waters edge. Access your private bathroom inside the main house through the doorway closest to the snug . At night you may be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves. You might see beaver who swim by under the willows at dawn and dusk and stop to nibble on the willow leaves, raccoon or deer. Bald headed and golden eagles nest above hiking trails in the pine forest steps away.

The large wrap-around deck with a gas firepit opens onto a lawn next to the beach. There is public green space right next door for tossing a frisbee or kicking a ball around. The cottage is just an hour's drive from Edmonton or within cycling distance for those looking for a bicycle vacation.

Ainsworth Springs Suites - Kutenai Suite

Directly across from the entrance to Ainsworth Hot Springs and situated on Kootenay lake. The suite is spacious and features incredible lake and mountain views, a private deck, a fully equipped kitchen, and private access to a secluded beach. It is the perfect, quiet get-away.
