Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor. 10 min from Aix-les-Bains and 30 min from Annecy, close to Semnoz, Féclaz, Revard ski resorts 30 min. It is completely refurbished. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Wooden Tinyhouse, everything was handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of reclaimed materials. Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house. Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
