It was a pleasant, peaceful holiday that met all my expectations. It's a great place to relax. Especially if you want to enjoy both nature and the pool with your pet, this is the place. It's exactly as the pictures. You can plan a spontaneous holiday here without thinking. Mr. Kadir is also interested in everything and solution-oriented. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at Theo’s apartment as a big family for two weeks and were very happy! The location is great: quiet, green, not crowded with tourists, but everything is nearby — bakery, shops, cafes, beach, bus stop. Mahmutlar center is just 15 mins by bus. The apartment is spacious and comfortable: A/C in every room, comfy beds, good appliances, and lovely balconies. The complex has pools, slides, hydromassage, sauna, hammam, steam room (last two didn’t work), and a BBQ. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing! Theo is a great host — super responsive and helpful. Minor suggestions: more kitchenware (wine glasses, mugs, spatulas) and some balcony furniture would be nice to enjoy the views. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.

The house was very clean. Everything necessary was available, it was wonderful with its jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, sunset view, open sea view and green area. I can say that it is perfect for those who want quiet and calm. The host, Mr. Hakan, was very kind and helpful with flexible check-in time, support when we were missing ingredients in the kitchen, conversation and smile. He was definitely the host I would prefer when I come to Alanya-Gazipaşa region again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. This is an apartment that matches the photos. The apartment is very close to the beach. (6-8 minute walk). Downhill to the beach, back uphill This is the best corner of Cleopatra beach. This was very important to us. Very nice surroundings. Occasionally for cooking. Everything was just fine. We were 6 adults. Value was right.

Bright spacious accommodation! With all the functionalities that work! advantage of swimming pool access and for the rest of the hotel the services are paid but remains accessible and very pleasant too! Dmitry is always available and joingnable! great stay for 5 people we were more than satisfied.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ömer again for his excellent hosting. The house is perfect for getting away from the city and relaxing. Drinking my morning coffee by the sea, swimming in cool water in the evening was truly unforgettable. We came to Alanya only for Mr. Ömer's house and we realized again and again how right we were The house is clean, convenient and more beautiful than in the photos. All the basic needs were considered, we didn't feel anything was missing. The host was also very caring and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was very comfortable. Having its own private beach area and pool sets this house apart from the others. It's really different to enjoy a space that's all yours, away from the crowd. It was a simple but very pleasant holiday in touch with nature. There is access to the sea from the shore and watching the seabed during our holiday was our most enjoyable activity. The presence of fish nests offers an incredibly vibrant underwater. Don't forget to bring your goggles and snorkel before you go to your accommodation :)

The room and building were clean, all the equipment mentioned in the kitchen was available, my only criticism would be the interruptions related to the hot water, and they intervened when I called the reception. Overall, it was a nice experience, thank you..

We stayed at Ali's apartment from April 27 to May 7, we loved everything insanely😻 the apartment was like in the pictures, even better. Would definitely recommend. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous🥰 every time I visit Alanya, I will definitely use Ali's services!

Very good hotel to stay in would stay again. It was close to city centre -20 min bus journey away. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. Honestly nothing bad to say about the property

I have stayed at Orhans apartment several times now. Orhans place is really nice. Clean, good neighborhood, close to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Close to beach or pool clubs. Very clean on arrival. Orhan helped me with any confusion, and answered within minutes each time. Orhans place comes with my highest recommendations.

We were very satisfied! I'm coming for the second time with my family. Mr. Serhat is a very good host. He helped us with everything. Very easy to reach and great communication. If I fall, I would like to stay at her place again.

The stay for me and my friends was very nice in Camilla's apartment! We got great service and everyone who worked there was very polite and kind, and they gave a quick response and helped quickly if anything was needed. It is currently located next to an apartment being built, but you barely noticed and created no disturbance. Also located right by a hospitable and good restaurant, as well as walking distance to most of what you need and nice beaches! We would highly recommend and will be happy to come again if we are going to Alanya again!

Wow, what a view. The balcony makes this apartment. great living area with lots of room and all the amenities that you need. there is a building site next door but this didnt bother us as worked started after 9am.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Serhat for his interest and relevance. We stayed in the apartment for two nights. On the first day, our bagels were waiting for us for breakfast before we arrived. On the other days, our breakfast was thought in the same way. The apartment was clean, from the bedspreads to the towels. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, we did not experience any deficiencies, we stayed as if it was our own home. If you want to have a good time with your family away from nonsense people, this is the place for you. Finally, I want to say that the location of the house is excellent, very close to the sea, within a five-minute walking distance. As a result, we were very satisfied. Thank you again 🙏
