Jarred was a wonderful host! He and his team promptly responded to our questions and were very helpful. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and we truly enjoyed it. Being close to Devil Millhopper State Park was a nice perk.

We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

What a beautiful home, from the moment we walked in, it was so comfy and homey. The home was just as described and most importantly it was very clean! The surroundings were so peaceful and green. The hosts were amazing, really went over and beyond to make us feel at home. They thought of everything by providing toiletries in case we forgot something and some welcome treats as well which was a very special surprise. We were in town for graduation but we will definitely be back just to relax and enjoy the tranquility this home offers.

Our stay at Hefziba’s listing was a family favorite and one of the best vacations we have taken together in a long time. We are an outdoorsy Florida family and this home on the ichetucknee was a dream come true for us. We have spend past family vacation visiting different springs throughout Florida and we loved this location so much, that we have all voted to visit Hefziba’s place again in the near future. The home was stacked with games and activities for my children- ranging from college age to elementary school age. We brought our own floats and paddle boards, but the Airbnb provided paddle boards and kayaks also.The community beach was a wonderful way to start and end each day outside, while fitting and long float or paddle board in each day. We have been home for one day and are already missing this place on the springs. The beds were comfortable, and the entire Airbnb was well loved, but extremely clean. Thank you for an incredible time 💗

We had a wonderful weekend in Gainesville at Dana's place! We live in St. Pete and came for a two-night stay with our parents and golden retriever. This house was perfect for us. It was nice to have a fenced in yard so that we could sit outside with our pup. We loved the Duckpond neighborhood -- great parks and breweries all within a five minute drive or 10/15 minute walk. We did a bunch of hiking while we were in town -- definitely recommend Sweetwater Wetlands Park (go early morning or around dusk). It was absolutely beautiful and we saw tons of wildlife. Also loved visiting The Lynx bookstore and Bingo Deli for lunch. Great weekend - thanks, Dana!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—honestly, it’s even better than the photos, which is hard to believe because the photos are stunning! The space was glamorous, spotless, and beautifully curated. The pool was a true highlight, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and the vibe. LaTisha, the host, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating to every need we had. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed, and we can’t wait to come back. Our 2-Night Birthday Getaway 🌟 For my son’s 14th birthday, I wanted to do something special—just the five of us, no distractions, just quality time. As a single mom of four, I don’t always get the chance to slow down, but this short getaway gave us exactly that. We stayed two nights at this cozy Airbnb that felt like a home away from home. The kids were excited the moment we pulled up. The space was peaceful, clean, and perfect for making memories—whether it was staying up late fishing in the lake, sitting around the fire pit together, or just lounging and laughing. The birthday boy felt celebrated, and his smile made every effort worth it. Thank you so much for allowing my family and me to stay in your beautiful home.

We had such a lovely time! So easy to find and close to the springs!

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

We had a great time at Johnny’s place. The house was perfect for accommodating a large group. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with families of deer roaming around which was beautiful to see. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the seventies feel it had. There was plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone. I really can’t say enough great things about our time here.

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

This condo was very easy to get to and super close to shopping and restaurants. Marcos was always very responsive if I had any questions or needed to reach out for anything. The units/neighborhood are on the older side, but Marcos has done a great job of updating with many modern upgrades. The unit has everything you need and is quite cozy. The area is pretty quiet aside from the interstate traffic, which isn't bad at all. Thanks for a providing a great place to stay!

I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb in High Springs, and I can't recommend it enough! - **Cleanliness**: The place was super clean, which made us feel right at home. - **Convenience**: It was incredibly convenient with e-b charging available and a garage, making our stay hassle-free. - **Pet-Friendly**: The Airbnb had everything we needed for our dog, which was a huge plus! - **Yard**: The yard was amazing, providing a beautiful space for relaxation and play. - **Rooms**: All the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Everything about this Airbnb was perfect! I’m already thinking about our next trip, and I’m hopeful that we can catch this place again.

I’m very pleased with our stay at Nancy’s RV. My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in the area where we could bring 2 of our large dogs. Nancy’s RV got my attention. I read the reviews and reached out to Nancy with a couple concerns I had and she was more than willing to accommodate us. Nancy was very responsive and kind even when I was hesitant to stay (because of my large dogs). We loved the privacy and the fenced in area for our dogs to be able to run around off leash. Greyson the horse was super sweet. Nancy provided detailed information and instructions for everything and for someone who loves details, I was and am impressed! The RV is definitely secluded which I love! If you love an adventure and aren’t scared to be in the woods I’d suggest book this RV! I think one of my favorite things was seeing all the stars at night! I’m from small town Tennessee and lived in Florida 10 years.. I MISS that small town county feel that I got at Nancy’s! Thank you Nancy!

This place was amazing ! VERY VERY CLEAN!! Decor was very nice, everything was freshly stocked. Adel was very friendly and proactive, messaging me before check in. Again, the place was IMMACULATE! So clean ! I appreciate that a lot. We were here for a volleyball tournament and I will stay again next season!

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

Danny did a great job hosting this Airbnb! I needed to check in a bit early for a business trip, and he was very accommodating and quick to help resolve the issue. I definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Penelope Pt was amazing. Our hostess when over and beyond. The house was decorated beautifully. It felt like home instantly. The view of the pasture, large trees and the donkeys were serene. We spent much time on the porch watching deer and sunsets. The outside pavilion was also great to spend time outside and cook out. We fell in love with the donkeys. What personalities they have! Takara truly thought of everything to make our stay incredible. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with quality products. We have stayed in many properties but this one was by far the best. I wish I could rate it 10 stars. Thank you Takara for a winter we will never forget. Ps, the town of High Springs is great and a visit to one of the many springs is also something not to miss! Beautiful….

Very quiet, peaceful location. Super cute and clean house with nice screened patio and fenced yard for our pups. House was fully stocked with most things you need. Would definitely stay again!
