Basic, no thrills Sea View apartment in a well-established tower, literally across the street to beach and park. There is a Jones the Grocer on the ground floor and a beach club across the street (2 min walk) This is the best location to explore Abu Dhabi. All major attractions can be reached within 15 - 25 minutes, including Grand Mosque, Louvre, Ferrari World, YAS Island, Formula 1, Marina Mall. Travelling for business my location is within 5 minutes of Etihad Towers, ADNOC and many others.

Stay with wonderful Seaview

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Reem! The area is peaceful with a picturesque view of the water and skyline—perfect for relaxing. It’s also super convenient, with groceries, a pharmacy, and two malls just a short walk or drive away. The unit in Shams truly feels like a home away from home. It’s cozy, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We also appreciated the 24/7 security, which made us feel very safe throughout our visit. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay—we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.

It's a very good price for what you get. Staff was always very helpful. Cleaning was done every day, towels and bedsheets changed every other day. It's close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, the Abu Dhabi mall, there's a park just across the street. It's also on the A1 bus route to/from the airport. The kitchen is decently equipped and there's also a restaurant in the building, you can order room service. Overall a good experience.

Fadel was very nice, hospitable, and helpful. He was an amazing host. I will definitely be visiting him again once I'm in Abu Dhabi.

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!
