Literally the best airbnb you can stay and probably the best house in Kemer. It is right in the front of the sea, walking distance to everywhere in Kemer. The place was pristine clean and from soaps to kitchen material everything was thought of. And most importantly there were zero insects and bugs, we stayed for 13 nights and never seen a single bug or insect. If you find this place available I strongly recommend you don't miss it!!

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Gutes Hotel

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Located in Old Town of Antalya, this is a great place to stay and have a relaxing holiday. The Old Town itself is very charming and the rest of Antalya is accessible via cabs. The host was extremely helpful during our pick up and check out. Probably one of the most accommodating hosts I've come across. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Kemer! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The private pool was a definite highlight — clean, well-kept, and perfect for enjoying the warm weather. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome treats, which made us feel immediately at home. Every detail was taken care of, and there were so many nice extras that really elevated our stay. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available if we had any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the quality of the experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with stunning views over the beach and pool. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from some excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. the accommodation was really very nice, the family room was immaculate, there was a kitchen, a useful refrigerator, washing machine, walking to the bazaar, places to walk to the bazaar, restaurants, shopping places, and we were very satisfied, and there is a kitchen restaurant next door, which they helped at a discount in the restaurant event, the prices are quite affordable according to the market conditions, and according to the belt conditions, Mr. Hasan is a perfect person, we ate all our meals there, we were very satisfied, we also thank Mr. Niyazi for the agreement due to this work, we also thank Mr. Niyazi for the short time, we hope to have a longer holiday.

Great location right next to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. Phenomenal breakfast. Boutique hotel is so nice and a diamond in the rough. Host is very friendly and helpful. Would come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

Excellent apartment, everything is thought out. Lovely and large terrace. There are many shops and cafes around, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. 24/7 reception, you can always resolve any issue. Very responsive manager. There is a good parking for cars, we always found a place for our car there. There is a swimming pool in the area where it is convenient and comfortable to swim. The only terrace is on the fourth floor and the elevator goes only until the third. I had to walk up one floor.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Saadettin for welcoming us in a friendly and sincere manner at the entrance to the apartment, he supported us whenever we needed help and was smiling. The apartment is clean, we could easily find everything we needed, it was exactly as shown in the photos. We easily walked to the beaches, had a very peaceful and comfortable stay, it is now a location that we will definitely visit again, we would like to thank everyone, including Ms. Buket and the sweet sister who greeted us at the entrance, for their sweet communication and quick help.

Ezgi has an amazing place, just a couple of minutes to the coastline/beach where there are great restaurants and cafes. Peaceful and private neighbourhood as well close to everything.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

Our stay was great! The house was even more beautiful and clean than the photos in the ad. All our needs were considered, we really liked the attention to detail. The location is also very central and the view from the balcony is magnificent, it was both a relaxing and easy to reach experience. Listing was very clean and as described. Ahmet was an exceptional host, always available to inform us and answer our questions. Her warm welcome and responsiveness really made our stay easier.

Nice apartments, around 5 minutes walk from both beaches. It is located on the ground floor and has access to a small inner garden with orange trees, it is in shadow; there is a sort of terrace with a table; we spent pleasant afternoons there as it was not too hot. You should expect local cats to show up shortly after you arrive and check whether you want to feed and pet them :) Also there is a small restaurant street maybe 200 meters from the apartments - restaurants there are better than the average ones you find in Kemer. Note the other (not garden) windows look at the large open paved area which is used for car school, local kids riding bicycles, Thursday market and who knows what else, the good thing is that during the week we stayed there were many activities but nothing annoying or unpleasant.

my stay here was phenomenal. photos do not do justice for the beautiful scenery and views from the unit. i were worried after reading some reviews about lack of hot water and the lock not working but the water was HOT! and i had absolutely no issue getting the key from the lock box or locking and unlocking the unit’s front door nor the door to my room. the unit is in a central location-only a five minute walk to a local grocery, and many, many restaurants. there are restaurants a plenty all over old town. the views were stunning and definitely worth the walk up all six flights of stairs. the host responded very quickly and provided excellent instruction on how to locate the place. the in-unit washing machine was very convenient and the AC worked great. while i kept the drapes open for the entire duration of my stay to soak up the views, you could easily keep out the bright antalya sun by closing them up. 10/10 experience. side note: i appreciated the hair dryer with diffuser attachment

The area is spacious. Very comfortable for 6-7 people. Close to the beach. It has everything you need.
