We had a nice stay. The apartment is very clean and comfy. The sheets of the bed, clean and smell wonderfully fresh. The neighborhood is quiet and the evening security is very friendly and helpful. Nearby you have a supermarket, bakery, gas station and the like. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely come back here. Thank you!

Very nice apartment, ideal location with access a few meters from the beach and on the other side the Mall as well as restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

The site is exceptional for those who love the proximity to the sea, that of vendors of tagine, grilled fish or Moroccan crepes. The accommodation is quite suitable for the life of a large and diverse group, and offers an important outdoor space to spread out (surfboards, wetsuits...). In addition, Guillaume is adorable, available and respectful of the vi of his hosts. I really recommend it.

Absolutely incredible stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just stunning, even better than the pictures. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fayza. She went above and beyond in every way. I mentioned I needed a hair dryer, and Fayza delivered one in under 30 minutes, I was honestly amazed. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided detailed, thoughtful instructions that made finding the place, parking safely, and settling in so easy and stress-free. Fayza even took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was okay after I arrived, that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. I felt completely comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly well-hosted stay. I had a perfect stay. The house is located in a safe neighbourhood from where you can walk to the seaside just in 5 min. There is a market nearby and there are nice restaurants cafes. The house was very clean. You can find everything you need. Nawal was quite responsive and helpful.

Great place, very quiet. Close to a grocery store alongside couple of restaurants and activities. 20 min walk to get to the seashore which was probably the most spent time there.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Mr. Akram was incredibly helpful and supportive every time I needed assistance. He went above and beyond to make up for my initial loss on the first day, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet and peaceful area.
