Great stay as a family! The place is peaceful, not overlooked, with a beautiful view and great sunsets. We were greeted with great kindness by Mohammed, the caretaker, always smiling, who even offered us fresh eggs from his chickens – which roam quietly around the garden in the morning. A small incident caused a power outage during the stay, but our host Amina (Yasmine's mom) was very responsive and concerned about our comfort: everything was fixed in the evening. The bedding is comfortable, and the decoration, both neat and authentic, combines tradition and modernity. A true haven of peace. We highly recommend this place and will gladly go back!

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of thoughtful touches. We had great conversations with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay here, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we've had on our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thanks again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

I stayed here during the entire month of Ramadan. The host and property manager made me feel at home. The property manager brought me Moroccan food often-very nice man. They even arranged airport pickup for me. The view from the balcony is very nice. Mosque 🕌 nearby, shops, and restaurants too. Very safe neighborhood. I'll stay agajn.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Everything from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like local recommendations and extra toiletries. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

Very nice apartment and everything was very clean and as the pictures Quiet neighborhood where you can easily park your car. 20 minutes drive from the old medina in Fez Definitely recommended If I were back in Fez I would definitely book here again
