In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
