Our guest house of 26 sqm is recommended for 2 people. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful pine forest; here you can get away from everyday life and let go of stress. Around the cottage, nature is all around and offers many opportunities for recreation, but above all there is the proximity to the sea which you can reach with a 7-minute walk. The cottage has an open plan with a small kitchen, and there is a toilet, shower with underfloor heating. We live next door, so we're usually there if you need help with anything. Seaside Attefallhus at Äspet

Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Wifi and smartTV included. Fresh bathroom with shower and WC. A high chair is available to borrow. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels as well as two bicycles.

Completely newly built compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of the center of Åhus. 15 minutes walk to the sea, and amazing environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. You have access to the patio with lounge area and dining table.

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

A home is a good fit for you to enjoy a quiet and tranquil environment. Stugan is a light and nice guest cottage located near our dwelling house. It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk bed and a living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to stunning nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for anyone who wants.

Apartment in half-timbered yard

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residence wing with its own entrance, two rooms and private shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, water boiler, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Please note that during the summer of 2025 we rent out full weeks (change on Sundays) during the period: July 20th - August 17th A guest house built in 2020 just 250m from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.
