Definitely book this place if you want to be nestled in the corner of an adorable, walkable Puerto Rican neighborhood while supporting Boricuas themselves. Getting from the car to the door with all of our luggage was a thing of ease. Storage space, quiet area, ocean views, spaciousness, towels, beach chairs, friendly neighbors..and more! We walked to morning cofee, matcha, food places. Quick drives to everything Puerto Rican owned and several beaches. Scenic, easy drives to Ponce, La Paguera, and San Juan from here. It'd be so easy to choose this place again and again. We met a few locals we went back to multiple times. The kindess and hospitality from the hosts, and everyone from the supermarket to the planned excursions were a constant! Simple instructions. No huge list of demands. A book filled with locally recommended or drive-worthy places to go to by the hosts. I could go on. Me and my friends had great experiences while here. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed here for a month and it was very comfortable. High quality furnishings throughout the home. Very peaceful place to be. Hosts were also 5 star. Great overall experience. There was a humming bird that would come to visit us every day when we sat in the Adirondack chairs drinking our morning coffee out on the patio. Was a very special experience.

This place was absolutely perfect! The house is spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. It’s in an ideal location, close to everything and just a minute’s walk to the beach. You really can’t beat that kind of access! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place... it was exactly what I was looking for. Near everything; restaurants, nightlife, daily entertainment and also very private. The beach was the best, you step out from the balcony to the sand. Giovannie was a wonderful host, very accesible and helpful. I will be coming back for sure.

Good house with good kitchen. Spacious for family. it is a nice house and location to stay. Extra safety gate for the glass door would be beneficial for safety. Wash and dryer is outside was little uncomfortable in the dark but it was convenient to have it in the home. Small store right across the street where you can get coins for washer and dryer.

Very clean and nice. The facilities are excellent for the whole family. The play area is well laid out and tidy. The pool is beautiful, the water is warm and fresh. It has a heater, laundry area. The host was always attentive when we wrote to him and he answered us kindly. The truth is that we hope to return soon and it is totally recommended.
