In a quiet cul-de-sac near the center of St-Lô (5 min walk), the train station (5 min walk), the bus stop, beautiful renovated apartment, classified "3-star furnished". Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Cozy apartment, 36m2, bright, with a 12m2 terrace, facing south. Bedroom in the North. It is located on the ground floor of a small quiet residence + 1 free parking space. Very comfortable 140 bed, and extra BZ sofa. It is perfectly equipped, with all the necessities, to arrive with hands in the pockets. THE INSTITUTE, and the train station, are a 5-minute walk away. All amenities are close by. Only 1 small, quiet and respectful dog, is accepted. Wishlist assured. 😍

You will be very quiet, in a green setting ideally located in the heart of Cotentin (in the Marais du Cotentin and Bessin Regional Natural Park, 1/2 hour from the landing beaches, Bayeux, 1.5 hours from Mont-Saint-Michel and picturesque places: Barfleur, Nez de Jobourg, Barneville-Carteret, Saint Vaast la Houge, etc.)

This single-level house is ideally located 150m from the Vire, the ramparts, the green beach of Saint-Lô, 350m from the train station (train+bus) and 450m from shops, leisure (restaurants, bars, cinema, electric bike rental...). It can accommodate up to 6 people. The beds are made upon your arrival. One bath sheet per person is provided. A private parking space is reserved Ô92. Cleaning is provided. All you have to do is enjoy!
