Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Drop your bags, sweep open the double doors leading to the patio and settle in to an amphitheatrical view of mountain and sea! The property consists of a series of terraces ideal for al fresco dining, lounging, and unparalleled sunset views. During the day you can expect fly-bys by the local crows unique to the island and after the sun sets, moonlit visits from the valley sheep.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Fully equipped one-bedroom apartment with frontal sea view. One double bed in the bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-pits), bathroom with shower , washing machine, private terrace with chairs and table. Access to a shared patio with direct access to the sea (rocks) where the guests can take a morning swim. Frontal sea view from living and bedroom. A few steps from the center of Ermoupolis.

Sunny suite in a neoclassical 1870 town house

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Pelagos is built in Cycladic style and is located in Agios Sostis of Tinos. The fully equipped unit offers views of the Cycladic Sea and overlooks Mykonos, offers you all the kitchen utensils you would like to cook, has aircodition in all rooms as well as in the kitchen/living room. At 50 meters away there is a sea with a small beach well hidden by the Cycladic air. At 150 meters away there is the long sandy beach of Ag. Sostis.
