The location is 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes with the bus to the centre of Poros. Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

We spent three nights at Leandros’ second floor apartment in a pretty two-story structure. We sought a place away from the hustle and bustle of Poros’ main port and “Casa Katerina” delivered. The unit was as described, clean, peaceful, and surrounded by trees. Out on the deck and under the blooming Bougainvillea, we could enjoy the beautiful view of the port and the town of Galati on the mainland—first thing in the morning with coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. The port and beaches were within walking distance as was a fabulous family-owned restaurant, the White Cat (est. 1908), which became our nightly dinner haunt next to the sea. Leandros was a very responsive host and Casa Katerina a great find!

We were a party of three and really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfectly situated, very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and we worked up an appetite walking to the beaches each day. There is one very close by - perhaps 15 mins and more further along the coast which are well worth the 30-40 min walk. We spent our evenings enjoying drinks and dinner on the front enjoying the views of the boats and island beyond. Our host responded very quickly to our queries and was very happy to help and offer suggestions.

This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been lucky enough to stay in. Apartment is so spacious with gorgeous decor and was spotlessly clean. We loved all of the added details. Balcony and the view were stunning, really enjoyed having breakfast and reading there as the area is so peaceful. Only a short walk from Akesli beach and lovely local restaurants. Easy to reach Poros town by taxi, only 15-20 min journey, or can get boat for €2 when it’s operating during season. Viktoria was super friendly and helpful and her mum provided us with such a warm welcome. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if (when) I return to Poros 😊
