This 26 square meters studio can comfortably host two people. It is located right on the beach (just 20 meters to the sand) in Agia Pelagia. It is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, mini cooker and oven, coffee maker and other amenities. Guests are provided with extra towels, bed clothing and beach towels. It is a safe neighborhood, sometimes noisy but your privacy and quiet environment are ensured by curtains and shutters. There is also a 32" smart TV and fast WiFi.

A well-maintained outdoor area features a paved pathway leading to a two-story building. Lush green shrubs and a small garden area are visible, alongside a traditional stone barbecue. The serene landscape is complemented by distant hills and clear blue skies.
