Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out daybed, bedroom with waterbed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

Kitchenette, 2-person induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, bathroom, table and desk. In the house Kinspergher are 3 apartments with a maximum of 10 guests. In the garden there is a swimming pool with 7x3 m and a sauna in the house.
