Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Whether it's a skiing vacation, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.

Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet. The 50 m² first floor apartment is located in Götzens, a quiet and central location, just a few kilometers from Innsbruck. It includes: a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and a practical sofa bed (120 x 200 cm). Nearby is a farm shop, supermarket, bakery, doctor and a bus stop. The Götzner Bahn, Mutterer Alm and Axamer Lizum ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity and offer numerous recreational opportunities.

Dish towels, towels, bed linens and toilet paper are provided 1 x. No pets allowed! In the apartment there are 2 locked rooms that can only be used by the owner.
