Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aegean Islands

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

A true hidden gem. Niki’s place felt more like home than my own home. It was cozy, had everything one might need, and the view of the acropolis was stunning.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

This is an outstanding place for 2 to explore the archeological ruins in Athens. Walking distance to everything. Great flat with everything you would need—great kitchen supplies, washing machine, fabulous patio with gorgeous views of the Parthenon, especially lit up at night. Lot of restaurants in the area—just enough off the main touristy area to be quality and of good value. Responsive host. Just a perfect all around stay.

Loved everything about our stay in this home. It was perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed the decor and lighting.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

Babakale’de denize bakan bir yer arıyorduk. Bizim için evin terasında göz alabildiğine deniz manzarası olması en büyük artısıydı.Ve elbette terası, alt kattaki avlusu, genişçe mutfağının avlunun içinde ayrı bir şekilde konumlandırılması, 2 odası ve odalarında çift kişilik kocaman yataklar olması evi çokça sevmemize sebep oldu; burayı bir köy evi olarak düşünün fakat dokusu bozulmadan harika dizayn edilmiş. Çamaşır makinesi kurutma makinesi mutfak malzemeleri her şey var diyebilirim içeride. Gelenlerin göz önünde bulundurması gereken tek husus bence kediler. Alerjisi olan yahut kedi sevmeyenlere uygun değil çünkü siz kapıdan kovsanız onlar bacadan giriyor 😇 avluda, terasta, her yerdeler ve oldukça talepkarlar. Biz kedileri sevdiğimiz için sorun yaşamadık elbette. Ev ise Babakale ye tekrar gelip kalmak isteyeceğim ölçüde beni mutlu etti ve kendine hayran bıraktı. Neylan hanım her ulaşmak istediğimizde hızlıca dönüş yaptı ve nezaketiyle bizleri hoşnut etti. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

The highlight of this airbnb is definetely the breathtaking view! If you are looking for a quiet and authentic stay on an isle which hasn't been flooded by tourism, you're in the right place :-) Think about stopping by at a supermarket on the port and drive slowly at the end of the road, which is drivable with a "normal" car (no 4x4 needed). Restaurant at 10min drive, or in pittoresque Ioulida, nice beach in Koumdouros. Eu e minha família vivemos dias incríveis neste Airbnb. A localização é privilegiada, no coração de Chora, com uma vista incrível do pôr do sol. O anfitrião foi muito gentil, nos ajudou com as malas e transporte, e sempre respondia as mensagens como muita rapidez. A cozinha é completa e os cômodos impecáveis, todos muito limpos e confortáveis. Recomendo!!!

Was soll ich sagen? Der Kontakt zu Ileana war von Anfang an wohlwollend und super herzlich. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt mit ihr. Sie hat im Vorfeld schon Reisempfehlungen geschickt und ständig gefragt, ob sie irgendwie behilflich sein kann. Ich habe alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden im Haus. Und es war wirklich alles nach meinem Geschmack. So ähnlich würde ich auch leben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Durch die doch stärker als gedacht befahrene Straße war es manchmal ein wenig lauter durch den Verkehr. Das habe ich aber nicht als extrem störend wahrgenommen, aber es ist mir aufgefallen, wahrscheinlich weil ich in der totalen Ruhe lebe. Ileana, ich würde wiederkommen. Danke für dieses bezaubernde Haus und Dich...

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

The place was great for our family, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us! It was close to everything as well and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the balcony.

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Great flat, matches the description and photos. Easily walkable to the Acropolis and Plaka. Main road is not noisy in the flat but excellent access to rental cars, taxis and buses (down Piraeus). Would recommend.
