Farmstay vacation rentals in Aegean Islands

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Stunningly beautiful surroundings, tranquil and instantly relaxing. The house is very beautifully decorated, built to a high standard, impeccably clean and super charming! Dominic and Eirini are wonderful hosts. We booked our next stay already. For our fellow travelers: if you drive from Athens to Tyros there is halfway a small family run taverna in Nemea, called Danaos & Anastasis, which has very tasty food and most days has a BBQ with spit roast (especially delicious).

this was after a lot of research definitely a good choice of place to stay. we loved the view's, the peaceful surrounding, the space to relax inside and outside.Lefteris and his lovely wife are genuine people with a passion about the planet. which was amazing. the place was immaculate and we thought even better than the photos. It was so good my wife had a wee cry of happiness. You will need some form of transport to enjoy syros to the maximum. we only had 3 nights here but should have stayed longer.we think that we need to return to syros and would not go anywhere else to stay but here. It is so homely and welcoming.

It's such a special place. Old, family home, very relaxed, peaceful and an amazing and well fitted out kitchen. We loved being there.. the sea view, there's a breeze and then at night the stars. Aggeliki is a such sweetie too and looked after us brilliantly.

I had a great experience staying at Perivoli! The area was so green and welcoming, a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Stefanos and Stella were so friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. I think it's a great base, especially if you're looking to explore more of the island outside of Chora. It's not really within walking distance of town, but it's a 5 minute ride by car or quad/bike (you could walk if you wanted, but the road is pretty busy). There are also some nice wineries nearby. One minor note I have to mention is that parking is quite tight - the parking area is between two walls and I couldn't find space to turn around, so I had to make a 4-5 point turn between the walls to get my small car around. It's certainly doable, but you'd be much better off with a bike or quad. At least a small a car. Other than that, everything was great and I would certainly stay here again, I recommend to anyone looking to explore Naxos island!

When reviewing Eleni and Iannis’s stunning Airbnb, I wish I could’ve given 10 out of 5 starts to it all. The flat and Eleni and Iannis themselves exceeded expectations and my husband and I want to come back half just to come back to this spot! Gorgeous views, amazing recommendations, and a perfect quaint Paros oasis. Highly recommend!

Giannis is a very invested, responsive and discreet host. We really enjoyed the welcome with a pastry (very good!), the oranges in the fridge as well as the drinks made available. The environment is very pleasant and the location is ideal, quiet but close to the promenade with restaurants. If we had questions, Giannis was always available as well as to make recommendations. Listing is as described. However, you shouldn't be too tall for the night area and the bathroom, but otherwise everything was great!

This was by far my best Airbnb experience ever. I actually had the chance to stay in both of Georgios’ beautiful homes – which is why you might see this review twice – and I truly loved them both. The Airbnbs are nestled in a lush garden full of peacocks, lovely dogs, cats and birds – it honestly feels like a little piece of paradise. It’s quiet, peaceful and the perfect place to slow down and recharge. Georgios told me he built the houses himself, and you can feel the love and care in every little detail. The architecture is unique and full of character – it’s a truly magical spot. Georgios and his wife are wonderful hosts: warm, helpful and always available if you need anything, but never intrusive. I’ll definitely be coming back to this special place. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay here. Anna was very friendly, stayed in touch and met us on arrival into Milos to guide us to the property. She gave fantastic local recommendations. The family who owns the farmhouse take great care to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay and we felt very welcome. They went above and beyond with the cleaning service, fresh produce, baked goods and responsiveness. Do yourself a favour and book this property! It is even better than the pictures and so peaceful.

The House of the Midnight Sheep is located in a beautiful spot with views to the sea and over the hills. It’s very peaceful above a charming village, straight onto hiking paths. The house is a lovely place to idle with gorgeous interiors and terraces. Everything has been carefully curated for comfort and aesthetic pleasure from cutlery to cushions to bed linen. Early April has its merits, including spring flowers and quiet roads, but we need to return when it’s warmer to use the outdoor shower. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Anna Maria und Stratos were the best hosts! Very good communication even long before we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Anna Maria even brought us fresh eggs from the farm and selfmade olive oil to try. She was also very proactive with recommendations and helped us plan our days. The house was very cute, a standalone house on the top of the hill with a beautiful wide view of the island. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. We can really recommend this apartment to anyone valuing privacy and an authentic stay on Naxos!

This is a beautiful place to stay. It’s nestled in between peach orchards and walnut groves. From the balcony you have views of the castle and mountains in the distance. It’s incredibly private and cannot be seen from the road. The house was immaculately clean and everything was very well laid out. Kitchen had lots of equipment. The pool and jacuzzi were endlessly enjoyed and was definitely a happy place for all the family! You couldn’t want a better host in Hayrettin and Meral. They were so helpful and thoughtful! It was our daughters birthday when we were there and they came over with a cake!! They were responsive and sorted out any queries we had promptly. It was a delight to stay there and we’d love to come back soon.

Our time in the small house was wonderful, it was even nicer than we expected. We were received very nicely and everything was taken care of. Hope to come back sometime!

This place was beautiful! There were many tavernas around within walking distance to grab a drink and bite to eat. The host was very receptive of texts and was there if we needed anything at all. Swimming in the pool and watching the sunset behind the mountains made this place feel like something out of a movie. Thank you so much for a great experience!

An unforgettable holiday on Sifnos! Sofia and Adonis' house is a haven of peace, just a few minutes' walk from Apollonia. It's very tastefully decorated, and we found everything we needed to cook some evenings. We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace, enjoying the magical view and garden. Sofia and Adonis are the sweetest hosts you could ever imagine, always willing to help yet discreet. We definitely want to come back to this beautiful island, thanks again Adonis and Sofia!

The house was perfect. We had a family stay, 14 + a baby, and we had a great time. The space was clean, comfortable, and soothing. Great stay in Perdika. The only small downside is the lack of air conditioning in the basement bedroom. We thank Ioulia for hosting us and for her availability throughout our stay!

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful villa! In an idyllic setting surrounded by olive trees and cacti. Very spacious house, very well equipped. Kyriakos welcomed us very well and was very available throughout the stay. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness as well as his kindness. This home will allow you to have a great stay in Paros!

A group of 9 of us stayed and had an AMAZING stay! We celebrated a close friend’s birthday and we were not disappointed - Giannis was especially responsive and caring - a welcome basket was kindly prepared for us. The villa was spotless and exceeded all expectations. The views were unmatched and each bedroom was perfect. We would love to stay here again. Thank you! :)

Valia was fantastic upfront to answer questions and give us local recommendations. The owners - Maria and Cristo - were fabulous, super nice, checked in with us from time to time and even provided us with local delicacies from time to time. We had a lovely time! Thanks again!

Our stay at Irene's place was absolutely amazing. The facilities were even better than the pictures with an amazing pool and peaceful grounds. Everything in the villa was fantastic, Irene's hospitality was so kind and generous. From providing a warm welcome, giving us lots of her own produce and numerous local reccomendations. We are so greatful for the faskomilo hospitality. We cannot wait to come back as soon as possible!

This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.

We had an amazing stay at Maria's house. It was cosy and a great location to be right in the middle of the village, the highlight was swimming from the rocks beneath the church of the seven martyrs every morning!
