Why stay in the bustle of Rome when you can unwind just a short train ride away in beautiful Frascati at the stunning Merumalia Vineyard & Agricultural Society? Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

Milam was a super host great view but far like more than one hour away from city. Milan was a real nice host. Nice experience

Great vacation

Es war eine traumhafte Zeit bei Nieve und ihrer Familie. Sehr entschleunigend. Ein altes Landgut mit vielen liebevollen Details und unglaublich toll restauriert. Das große gemeinsame Wohnzimmer für alle Gäste ist riesig und das Sofa lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen eine Wohlfühloase mit leckerem und gesundem Frühstück (es gab frisch gepresstes Möhren-/Apfelsaft) . Für das Erkunden der näheren Umgebung gibt es die besten Tipps von Nieve. Lecce hat uns in seinen Bann gezogen . Was für eine schöne Stadt . Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mit der ganzen Family wieder. DANKE für die schöne Zeit .

I had a marvellous stay with Ivan and Louisa! Their home is beautifully located, a 20 minute (or less) walk from the city center, offering stunning views of the mountain and hillside. They were both incredibly hospitable, often greeting me with a cup of coffee or juice and cookies. I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to stay in their home. I will definitely be back if I ever get the chance!

Casa bellissima con panorama unico e piscina comoda e pulita per il divertimento dei bimbi! Mare a 10 minuti. Soggiorno breve ma molto positivo!

Che dire, se potessi mettere più stelline lo fare! Evelina e Maurizio sono due persone bellissime. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in loro compagnia e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Loro e i loro super amici a quattro zampe sono super accoglienti e simpatici. La casa è bellissima e immersa nel verde, un posto meraviglioso per chi ama la natura, gli animali e la tranquillità. La stanza in cui abbiamo dormito, con bagno annesso, era pulitissima e comoda, con affaccio direttamente sul giardino. Il pane e il dolce fatti da Evelina saranno difficili da dimenticare! :) Torneremo più che volentieri! Straconsiglio! 😄

Garden Villa Naza è un posto stupendo , i ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono tutti fantastici, gentili e premurosi su tutto . Le camere che trovate sono semplici ma con tutto l’indispensabile , per chi ama la natura, i paesaggi, i tramonti e i posti meno affollati, questo è il posto giusto dove lascerete il cuore … Le stanze distano a 20 mt dal mare, dove affianco sfocia un ruscello di acqua dolce dove poter balneare e rinfrescarsi . Meravigliosa la natura che attornia villa Naza . Di fronte alla struttura in spiaggia, c’è un baretto ben servito che propone qualsiasi cosa, dalla cucina ai cocktail … c’è sempre musica, e la serata cinema all’aperto! i ragazzi sono super professionisti! La spiaggia è stupenda! gli ombrelloni con i lettini costano pochissimo … I tramonti sono tra i più belli! Tramonti, personale e animali che fanno parte della family restano nel cuore , io lo consiglio !❤️

Al Pecci Ranch ci siamo sentiti come in una grande famiglia. Abbiamo condiviso storie nella sala comune insieme ad altri ospiti e alle splendide proprietarie. Abbiamo coccolato tutti i cani della struttura, adorabili, e ci siamo goduti un bel weekend tra il verde della Marsica. La struttura è impeccabile e facile da raggiungere, le host sono super disponibili e cortesi. Non vi pentirete!

Antonio was a WONDERFUL host! He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves in his lovely town. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!

Il soggiorno da Karen e Marco è stato fantastico! Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde. La casa e il giardino sono bellissimi, curati in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! La camera è accogliente, adatta ad una coppia con un bambino piccolo. Speriamo di tornare in estate per poter sfruttare la bellissima piscina!

Endroit hors du temps. Calme et paisible. Très beau, au coeur de la forêt. Chambre agréable, propre, linge de lit et serviettes. Cuisine et frigo partagés. Lave-linge. Restaurant et bar sur place. Très bons plats, nous avons goûté la salade et les pâtes qui étaient excellents. Hôtes très charmants, la jeune fille parlait très bien anglais.

Mega nette Vermieter. Ihr Mann hat uns zwei mal Starthilfe gegeben, weil unsere Autobatterie kaputt war. Auch nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt, also alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft.

Wunderschöner Ort. Abends leider sehr viele Mücken, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Für unseren Geschmack unpersönlicher Gastgeber (Begrüßung bei Ankunft pragmatisch, abends wurde gar nicht gefragt, ob wir was zum Abendessen trinken möchten)..

Mara ist sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat und gut gefallen.

We had a wonderful stay with Carlo at his beautiful hotel- it looks like it’s a bit off the main square but my mom and I walked everywhere and didn’t have a problem, we loved how peaceful and quaint the area was! The hotel has a great pool, and Carlo was super helpful arranging transportation and giving local recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Un poticino davvero magico...sono bastati appena due giorni per farci innamorare e desiderare di tornare. La gestione è eccezionale: Mara e Michele sono veri host, sempre disponibili e ricchi di consigli e informazioni sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. La camera è molto accogliente, abbiamo apprezzato lo stile autentico che hanno voluto preservare, con mobili e delicate decorazioni che richiamano l’epoca della casa. La colazione è meravigliosa, con prodotti locali e una selezione pensata con il cuore, capace di riempirci sia la pancia che l’anima. Il B&B si trova un po' fuori da Gioia del Colle, ma questo si è rivelato un vantaggio: la città è piuttosto caotica per il traffico, la viabilità delle strade e la difficoltà di parcheggio, mentre la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti, percorrendo una strada in ottime condizioni. Posto meraviglioso, nel verde, silenzioso, spazioso e con delle viste incantevoli. Ideale per staccare la spina. Tutti gli spazi sono funzionali e pensati per essere vissuti al meglio. Le luci in piscina (bellissima) per stare lì anche la sera, le docce all'aperto, l'area pranzo con il braciere. La cucina super attrezzata, con tutti gli strumenti di cui si possa aver bisogno. Eravamo in dieci con tre cani, ognuno con le sue esigenze spesso difficili da accontentare ma questo posto e il signor Alfonso invece ci sono riusciti. Grazie anche alla gentilezza e all'attenzione del signor Alfonso. È stato prezioso. Torneremo sicuramente e senz'altro la consiglieremo.

Lovely stay Right Next to the Peaks of the Balkans Trail. They were so welcoming and lovely, great food and perfectly organised

Ein kleines Paradies zum Abschalten und Genießen Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Elona und Miri haben mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eine kleine Farm geschaffen, die sehr ruhig und abgelegen liegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr urig und einfach, sogar mit einem kleinen Ofen und eigenem Bad. Das war genau unser Ding:) Glühwürmchen in der Dunkelheit, Nachts fantastischer Sternenhimmel – fernab von Lichtverschmutzung, perfekt für Milchstrassenfotografie. Essen frisch, regional und mit viel Hingabe zubereitet. In der Umgebung: ein schöner See, heiße Quellen, beeindruckende Schluchten und sogar Raftingmöglichkeiten. Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz – wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Unsere Empfehlung: Unbedingt mindestens drei Nächte bleiben, um diesen besonderen Ort wirklich genießen zu können. Hinweis: Mit normalem Mietwagen aus dem Westen anreisen, aus dem Osten nur mit einem 4x4 Wagen. Vielen lieben Dank an Elona und Miri :)))

Séjour incroyable, le cadre est magnifique, juste à côté de la plage et de la ville. Antonio et Valentina sont des hôtes très accueillants, petit déjeuné préparé avec soin. Pleins d’attention que ce soit à l’arrivée ou durant le séjour. Merci encore 😍

Credo non ci sia molto da dire... un oasi di pace incredibile, stupenda... il lavoro fatto con questa 'casa' è eccellente. Un grazie a Kristina e alla sua bella bella famiglia per averci accolto. Ci rivedremo presto!
