Vacation rentals with a kayak in Adriatic Sea

Ideal for mother and daughter travelling, easy to get to by bus from Sorrento, about a 15 minute walk along the main road, separate wet and dry bathrooms, room was very clean and tidy, great view from the terrace, clean bath towels provided. The owner was quick to answer messages and even offered to call a man to carry our luggage to the marina when we checked out.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

The villa is compact but perfectly formed. It had everything we needed. The outside space is fantastic and we spent most of our time outside when at the villa. I was aware of the small public beach just to the side of the villa from previous reviews but it didn't trouble us as it wasn't very busy. Definitely take beach shoes as there are sea urchins, thankfully we did. 😊. Sobra is a great base for the island. Central location means you can visit Pomena/Polace one day and then visit Saplunara another day. Glad we had a car as definitely needed to get the most out of the island. Would highly recommend the e-bikes in the National Park. We were greeted by Ana's mum who was super friendly and very helpful. Ana was very helpful and reached out via text a couple of times to make sure we were OK. The use of the kayak was brill. Our son loved that.

Stefano was very responsive - gave clear instructions and recommendations as well as checking in to see if we were happy. All amenities listed were there and the place looked bigger than in the photos. We found it very helpful to be able to do our washing in between cities (washing machine, capsules and washing line line). About 5 minute walk from metro and train station which will take you a 5-10 minute ride to the "main" Napoli station for all your daily adventures. Only slight thing to note for future guests is the uphill location which was a little difficult when traveling with a suitcase. But it wasn't awful at all and didn't impact our stay negatively, just made a fun challenge at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend for those wanting to explore in and around Naples with an apartment that feels homely and more than a place to rest - with a very responsive and proactive host.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us a lesson on how to cook BBQ properly. They provide kayaks, perfect for exploring the island, and the peaceful surroundings make it an ideal spot to relax. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need. Truly, the most helpful hosts we’ve ever had! 100% recommendation!

Zoran's father, Zdravko, contacted us the day before he arrived. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. He had made all the notifications before we arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and introduced the house we were staying in detail. When we said we were here for a honeymoon, his wife Tatjana made a cake for us at home and even left drinks with it. We are very happy with this courtesy. The house was peaceful and very beautiful, as shown in the photos. It had its own pool, a pier where you could swim, and even a canoe you could use. Details such as bagels and play balls that you can use at sea or in the pool were also considered. The house was quite clean and equipped to meet all our needs. It also had a parking lot. If you're looking for a peaceful, private space, this is the place for you. The sunset and the view were really fascinating. Thank you very much again to Zdravko and Tatjana! :)

Absolutely stunning apartment with a sun-drenched terrace right on the riverbank pure tranquility and serenity! It’s a true slice of paradise. Bogdana was incredibly warm, attentive, and lightning-fast with responses. Can’t recommend this magical place enough!

We absolutely loved our stay in Igor’s cabin by the lake. It was everything we needed to get away from the noise of the city. Conveniently there is a great restaurant located right across the cabin as well (so we were well-fed). Igor made sure we had everything we needed in the cabin (including sun block and mosquito spray!). He was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations. We also had fun canoeing and meeting sunsets on the lake! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The house is perfectly located, the sea "directly in" your garden with perfect sunsets!

We loved it here! So relaxing being so close to the lake, and having a kayak to explore with was amazing. The lake house is great, really beautiful and had everything you need, I could have stayed longer. We want to come back in the future!

The four of us spent a week at Branka's house. From start to finish, everything was perfect, be it the communication with Branka (she always responded very quickly to requests), the warm welcome by Branka's parents, the furnishings of the house (especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing) and last but not least the unique location with breathtaking views of the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is definitely the place to be. Despite the secluded location, you can also quickly get to the city by car. We can fully recommend Branka and the "Private beach house" and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and the place was comfortable and clean. The canoe was a nice bonus and we truly enjoyed our adventure with it upstream. The elderly woman who lives upstairs was very sweet and friendly.

We were travelling from New Zealand 🇳🇿 all the way to Korcula, pupnatska luka beach specially to stay in this area my Dida (grandfather) grew up in. Boni was just amazing she greeted us when we arrived, showed us how to work everything and even did our laundry to help us out. She would come and check on us daily for the power and the place was just perfect for what we were doing beautiful beach, plenty of space the batch was immaculate and had all the amenities you needed right down to kayaks, outdoor shower, comfortable beds. Highly recommended Boni we will be back for sure thank you so much!!

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

What a magical place, the village and the house are so peaceful, you are truly surrounded by nature of all kinds. I have never seen so many wild flowers with a carpet of purple autumn crocuses attracting bees, butterflies and other insects. In the 4 days we stayed we saw, or heard, over 35 different birds, including a flock of Bee-eaters, Kingfishers, Tree Sparrows and Spotted Flycatchers to name a few. It wasn't ideal weather for bird spotting either so I imagine there's plenty more to see! The river was crystal clear and whilst we planed to explore further afield we didn't need, or want to, we were more than content to spend our days wandering around the village, following the river and eating every night in the amazing restaurant that is a 15 minute walk from the house. The house is bigger than it appears in the photographs, is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Milos is an exceptional host and I would definitely recommend you stay here!

Great week by the water - perfect place to relax!

We had a fantastic time at Zrinka's place. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful overlooking the river and waterfalls. I could sit out on the terrace all day every day enjoying the peace and quiet. Anytime you get too warm it is a simple matter to pop down and have a swim in the river or, if you are feeling adventurous, take the canoe for a paddle. This was two weeks of relaxing paradise. With a car it was also easy to visit various local castles, mountains and lakes. Zagreb is an hour away and we even popped over into Slovenia for a couple of day trips. Zrinka is incredibly welcoming and easy to contact. All in all well worth 5 stars.

My husband and I spent several days here because we wanted to take a break from our busy life and the big city we live in, and our rest was a success! The house is very clean, cute and comfortable, the owner of this place is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The outdoor kitchen is 10/10! We would be very happy to come here again one day.

A dream. We can only recommend the house and make a clear recommendation. Edin was totally hospitable and communication was perfect. If you want beautiful Bosnian nature and relaxation, this is perfect. We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

We loved our 3 nights in the dormitor national park. The hut is perfectly placed for activities in the Tara Canyon, hikes in Durmitor and little bike rides to lakes etc. There are no restaurants nearby but Diana’s family cooks delicious food and breakfast and the little hub is good for cooking. The two dogs are lovely and cuddly. The only thing is that it’s quite warm up top where the main bed is as the cottage heats up during the day. A fan or aircon upstairs (there is one downstairs bit doesn’t really cool down the top) would be perfect. But that’s only a minor detail. Absolutely recommended.

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

The house is in a lovely location by the river, with plenty of outdoor space for hanging out. Inside, it’s simply and authentically furnished. Milenko gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, and shared helpful tips on what to see nearby. We only stayed one night, but we’d be happy to come back again!
